The Strongest Suit is a comic by "Aristidus Twain", available on ComicFury, detailing the life of several characters in a society of living playing cards.
In the middle of a paper-white wilderness lies a city populated by living playing cards, who form a rigid society known as the Deck. Each of the four Suits has a definite place in society, with the Hearts as the warfaring aristocracy, the Diamonds as the wealthy bourgeois, the Clovers as the farmers, and the Spades as the lowly workers. When the story opens, Seven of Hearts has just been murdered by Five of Hearts, who claims that monsters known as the Cave-Beasts who live on the outskirts of the Deck's lands did old Seven in. Meanwhile, the shy male Two of Spades and the no-nonsense female Six of Hearts, involved in a secret love affair, find themselves mixed up in an adventure of their own when a blackmailing Diamond threatens to expose them.
- Violence: Unknown
- Profanity: Unknown
- Adult Themes: Unknown
- Character Death: No blood or gore (being that the characters are, quite literally, living cardboard cutouts), but one of the cards is stabbed and thrown off a cliff in the prologue, setting the plot into motion. The sequence is a murder played straight.
- Very Mild Suggestive Themes: Between Six of Hearts and Two of Spades. Again, nothing too adult; for instance, ne page has them kissing, and the next page has a caption saying "some time has passed", leaving the reader to mentally fill in the details of what may or may not have occurred as he pleases.
